Reviews and Ratings
The hotel provided a cozy room for a good night's rest and quick freshen up before exploring the town. Although the room with a King bed felt a bit cramped, it was conveniently located for disabled guests. The service was exceptional, with kind and helpful staff who even surprised my husband with a special treat for his birthday. The location was picturesque and romantic, nestled in The Barn at Cedar Creek, near St Louis but still a hidden gem. Overall, a charming stay with a few minor drawbacks.
I found the hotel to be a mixed bag. The rooms were a bit small for the price, but they were cozy and clean with lovely porches. The heat was on too high at times, making it uncomfortably hot. The service was top-notch until midnight, friendly and very attentive. The location, close to Hermann, had a nice atmosphere and spectacular views. The dining experience was a bit of a letdown with limited options, but the Welsh pastry was a standout. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
I couldn't believe how clean and newly redone the resort was; it felt like a hidden gem. The room I stayed in was spotless, but a bit small. Overall, a very clean and comfortable experience.
The hotel rooms in Herman appeared brand new and were clean and offered a comfortable place just to sleep and shower before exploring the city. The service was pleasant, especially when they surprised my husband with a sweet treat for his birthday. The location was lovely and cozy, close to Hermann MO, providing a beautiful and well-kept setting. Overall, a good value for a great weekend getaway with wonderful memories made as a group.
The hotel is a charming retreat located in Hermann, offering a quiet and romantic atmosphere. The rooms, although small, are exceptionally clean, beautiful, and surprisingly comfortable. The service was top-notch, with exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff who even went the extra mile to surprise my husband with a sweet treat for his birthday. The location is ideal, close to Hermann MO, and despite being slightly out of the way, it provides a great quality experience. The dining options were a highlight, with delicious and satisfying meals included in the stay. However, the room size may not suit everyone's preference, considering the former 'retreat' setting, but given the cleanliness and comfort, it's a minor trade-off.
